WagWell is a subscription based dog wellness company dedicated to helping owners maintain a healthy lifestyle for their dogs. The company specializes in customizable meal kits supplied with the freshest and most nutritious ingredients needed to make your own dog food from scratch. Their goal is to make owners feel confident in knowing exactly what they are feeding their dogs. WagWell also offers a variety of do it yourself treat boxes holding the same quality and nutrition standards as the meal kits. They further offer toy boxes that feature only the safest toys and activities for your dogs, ensuring your best friend has the happiest and healthiest life possible!
This project took place over the course of 10 weeks. It entailed creating a full design system for WagWell which included logo design, illustrations, and a cohesive branding system that ensures consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.
About the Brand
Inspiration Behind the Brand
My inspiration for WagWell came from wanting to make healthier homemade treats for my own dog. After discovering how many store bought treats and food options contained unnecessary or harmful ingredients, I began researching homemade nutritious recipes for dogs. I discovered so many benefits from foods I had not known could be good for my dog's health. This inspired me to create a brand focused on transparency and taking the guesswork out of dog nutrition by providing trusted ingredients, recipes, and resources all in one place.
Design Style
Used hand drawn water color icons to bring a homemade feeling to the boxes and overall brand, pushing forward and showing the craft element of our band.
